Sage Expense Management is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time, fully remote position. We are a leading provider of innovative expense tracking software designed to simplify financial processes for small to mid-sized businesses. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and contribute to our overall growth. You will be responsible for leading our digital marketing strategy across all online channels, targeting key industries such as construction, healthcare, and non-profits. The salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $130,000 USD, commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand visibility and drive lead generation.
- Oversee all digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Analyse and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing results against key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).
- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure a cohesive and aligned marketing message.
- Create and manage a rich content calendar that attracts a qualified audience, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and webinars.
- Optimise our website and landing pages for search engines and user conversion.
- Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure our strategy remains competitive.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or FinTech organisation.
- A strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush).
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing successful SEO/SEM, email, social media, and advertising campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
