Digital Marketing Manager, Sr.

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, fully remote role designed for a results-driven marketer who excels at combining creativity, data, leadership, and hands-on execution. You will own the end-to-end marketing, branding, and lead generation performance of one of ReminderMedia’s core products—driving paid media, SEO/AEO, email/SMS, automation, creative development, analytics, and competitive positioning. Responsibilities

• Lead full-funnel marketing strategy and execution, owning campaign planning, messaging, channel selection, creative production, and performance management across paid media, email/SMS, website, and social.
• Manage PPC campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), audience development, creative testing, budget pacing, ROAS/CPL targets, and experimentation with new channels and lead sources.
• Write high-impact marketing copy and develop creative assets using Adobe, Canva, Figma, or AI tools—ensuring strong, consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting on lead generation, funnel performance, SEO/AEO visibility, website positioning, testimonials, and product brand presence across digital channels.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Client Success to ensure consistent messaging, optimize lead quality, and integrate marketing with product improvements.

Remote Requirements

• Permanent residency in one of the following states is required: FL, GA, NC, SC, NJ, PA, DE, KY, IN, MI, TN, MO, MN, TX, OK, CO, NM, AZ, VA or NV only
• 40-hour standard weekly schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (EST or PST shift options available) weekdays with paid time-off, paid holidays and no night or weekend shifts.
• A dedicated, distraction-free workspace with high-speed internet service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital, growth, or product marketing with proven ownership of performance for a product or major campaign
• Experience with PPC advertising, marketing automation, CRM tools, analytics platforms, AI-assisted workflows, and creative development
