Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Campaign Development: Create and execute digital marketing campaigns targeting ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and their assistants
- Membership Growth: Drive acquisition for premium membership programs
- Luxury Brand Management: Maintain sophisticated brand positioning across all digital channels while preserving exclusivity
- Content Creation: Develop compelling content showcasing bespoke travel experiences, exclusive access, and personalized service
- Partnership Marketing: Collaborate on co-marketing initiatives with luxury hotel partners and exclusive venues
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and improve marketing ROI
- Lead Generation: Develop high-value lead funnels for $25K+ average booking values
Ideal Candidate Profile
Required Experience:
- 5+ years in digital marketing for ultra-luxury travel, hospitality, or high-end concierge services
- Proven experience marketing to ultra-high-net-worth individuals ($10M+ net worth)
- Track record with high-value lead generation and conversion optimization
- Experience with exclusive membership programs or luxury service packages
- Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and exclusivity marketing
Industry Background (Preferred):
- Luxury travel agencies
- Ultra-luxury hospitality
- High-end concierge services
- Premium lifestyle brands (luxury yachts, private estates, exclusive clubs)
Technical Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing)
- Experience with luxury market advertising (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram)
- Proficiency with CRM systems (ActiveCampaign experience a plus)
- Analytics and performance tracking expertise
- Content creation and luxury brand storytelling
