Socialmon helps lean teams find viral, on-brand marketing inspiration fast. Search any topic or niche to see hundreds of proven, high-performing examples, then save what you find into visual boards for your team to use. We're ~1-2 months old, gearing up to ship v1 in Oct-Nov 2025, and we're hiring our first Digital Marketing Manager to own growth across paid, SEO, email, partnerships, and conversion.

The Role

Full-time, fully remote. You'll build Socialmon's growth engine from zero to one: drive waitlist and pre-orders now, and establish a repeatable, measurable acquisition system post-launch.

What You'll Do

  • Own the funnel E2E: define targets (waitlist, CPL, CAC/LTV, pre-orders), build dashboards, and run weekly growth sprints.
  • Paid acquisition: launch/scale experiments on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn (and TikTok where sensible); craft hypotheses around keywords, hooks, creatives; manage budgets and bids.
  • SEO & content distribution: set an SEO strategy (topics, clusters, on-page, internal links), brief/QA content, and repurpose to channels (email, LinkedIn, Reddit, communities).
  • Email & lifecycle: set up welcome, lead-magnet delivery, nurture, and launch sequences; segment by persona and intent; improve OR/CTR and pre-order conversion.
  • CRO: iterate on landing pages, pricing/offer tests, social proof, and lead-magnet placement; run A/B tests with clear success criteria.
  • Attribution & analytics: implement GA4 + GTM, pixels, UTMs, and a simple Looker/Data Studio dashboard for weekly reviews; maintain clean, trustworthy data.
  • Partnerships & affiliates (lightweight initially): source creators/newsletters with our ICP, ship co-branded "viral pack" drops, and track performance.
  • Ops & system building: document playbooks, checklists, and reporting cadences so we can scale what works.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Proven zero-to-one growth chops in B2B SaaS or PLG (show us numbers-CPL/CAC, pipeline, or paid/SEO results).
  • Hands-on performance: you can personally launch Google/Meta/LinkedIn campaigns, set up UTMs/pixels, and ship tests fast.
  • SEO fluency: keyword research → content plan → on-page/tech basics → distribution and measurement.
  • Lifecycle mindset: can design simple but effective email flows and measure impact on conversion.
  • Analytical rigor: comfort with GA4/GTM, Looker/Data Studio (or similar), and experiment design.
  • Systems builder with a bias to ship; you create calendars, dashboards, and SOPs that others can follow.

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing to marketers/creators/founders (our early ICP).
  • Familiarity with Reddit/community distribution, affiliates, and creator collabs.
  • Light design/editing chops (Canva/Figma) to move quickly on ads and LPs.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to ideate, brief, and repurpose content.

Compensation

  • Base: $85,000-$120,000 (calibrated by seniority and location)
  • Bonus: Up to 15% tied to growth outcomes
