Digital Marketing Manager

Role Summary:

To develop and execute strategic digital marketing initiatives that enhance online presence, drive high-quality leads by managing a team of presales telecallers; and contribute to business growth in the competitive real estate market. The role requires a combination of creative thinking, performance-driven execution, and collaborative teamwork to scale digital marketing efforts across platforms

Key Responsibilities:

· Creating and executing business calendar across territories for continuous exchange with key stakeholders (Sales + Channel + Influence groups + Customers) in key micro markets

· Outreach through innovative tools – communication + events, Developing an on-going communication with stakeholders

· Lead, train, and manage a team of Presales Executives/Telecallers.

· Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.

· Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection

· Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube, Whastapp, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)

· Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, etc. to increase company and brand awareness

· Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.)

· Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels

· Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website

· Collaborate with designers to improve user experience, Work as a part of the core Growth Team

· Take ownership of all paid marketing initiatives across various platforms.

· Lead the day-to-day relationship with platforms like Google, Facebook and others.

· Regularly identify and act on growth and optimization opportunities in all campaigns.

· Be the custodian of KPIs like Online Sales Revenue, RoAS, Campaign Quality Scores etc.

· Ensure proper data tracking by monitoring Google Analytics and resolving any setup gaps.

· Maintain product feed hygiene across platforms like Google Merchant Center and others.

· Lead and manage Digital marketing team – including responsibilities of setting and achieving team objectives, project management, and professional development of talent.

· Plan, develop, and manage client projects across full suite of digital marketing services (e.g., paid advertising, social media management etc.)

· Assess and manage towards project schedule, scope, and budget, Brainstorm innovative marketing strategies for existing and prospective clients

· Assist in creating social media content — short videos, reels, behind-the-scenes shoots.

· Track execution timelines for marketing activities across projects.

· Coordinate with digital agencies for day-to-day execution of campaigns.

Required Skills & Attributes:

· Basic understanding of marketing activations and campaign execution.

· Creative inclination with comfort in reel-making, video editing, or digital tools.

· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

· Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

· Team player with a go-getter attitude.

Qualification:

· Graduate / Post Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields.

· 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate preferred but not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
