Full-Time | Senior-Level Role
The GODREJ Group is expanding in the UAE across E-commerce, Healthcare, Hospitality, and Real Estate, and we are now hiring a high-caliber Digital Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our digital presence.
This is not a beginner-level or purely content-based position.
We are looking for a strategic, creatively sharp, technically strong marketer who can independently manage digital operations while collaborating with leadership teams across multiple business verticals.
About the Role
The Digital Marketing Manager will own and execute the full digital ecosystem — from website management and paid advertising to content production and team leadership. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for luxury aesthetics, excellent English communication skills, and hands-on experience in managing multi-channel digital growth.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Execution
- Lead end-to-end digital marketing strategy across e-commerce, healthcare, hospitality, and real estate verticals.
- Plan and manage performance-driven campaigns on Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and YouTube.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, and website optimization to drive organic and paid conversions.
Website & Lead Generation
- Manage corporate and brand websites (content updates, landing pages, UX improvements).
- Drive qualified lead generation pipelines for all business units.
- Track KPIs and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
Content Creation & Creative Direction
- Produce high-quality social media content (photos, videos, reels, product shoots).
- Handle professional photography/videography including lighting, camera settings, sound, and editing.
- Collaborate with creative teams, influencers, and external vendors to deliver premium content.
Team & Cross-Department Collaboration
- Guide and manage a small marketing team.
- Work closely with sales, operations, and management to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Oversee influencer partnerships, brand campaigns, and seasonal initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4–8 years of experience in UAE digital marketing, preferably within E-commerce, Healthcare, Hospitality, or Real Estate.
- Strong expertise in photography, videography, lighting setups, shooting, and editing (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / Lightroom).
- Fluent in English with a clear, neutral accent — must be confident speaking on camera.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, analytics, and performance optimization.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: able to work independently and take ownership of results.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, Media, or related field.
- Masters's in Marketing is Plus
- Must be Dubai-based and available for full-time on-site work.
