Key Responsibilities (For Top Performers Only)

Lead full-funnel digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and retargeting platforms

Drive high-quality property lead generation through advanced PPC, SEO, SEM, and conversion optimization

Build high-converting landing pages and execute A/B testing strategies

Manage content, social media strategy, and paid promotions aligned with sales objectives

Optimize budgets across multiple campaigns to reduce CPL and increase ROI

Monitor campaign performance daily using analytics dashboards and CRM tools

Work closely with the sales team to create aligned demand-generation strategies

Take ownership of performance metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement

Requirements (Strictly for Experienced,High-Performing Candidates)

4&5+ years of digital marketing experience, with mandatory UAE real estate marketing experience

Proven ability to scale campaigns, reduce CPL, and improve lead quality

Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO/SEM tools, CRM systems, automation

Track record of successful performance marketing and demand generation

Strong analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making, and excellent communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
