Position Summary:

The Digital Marketing & Media Relations Officer will ensure a strong and impactful presence for the brand across all social media platforms, deliver high-quality customer engagement, and manage monthly and seasonal marketing campaigns — directly or through external agencies. This role also involves preparing insightful reports and recommendations based on campaign performance.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management

  • Oversee the quality and consistency of daily published content.
  • Monitor audience interactions and ensure timely, professional responses.
  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, or external agencies.

2. Customer Engagement Optimization

  • Track and respond to customer complaints with effective solutions.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction across digital platforms.

3. Agency Relations

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of contracted agencies.
  • Provide regular performance reports and recommend improvements.
  • Research and suggest new agencies as needed.

4. Digital & On-Ground Marketing Campaigns

  • Execute marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal teams or agencies to maximize campaign performance.

5. Monthly & Seasonal Promotions

  • Propose marketing offers based on market trends and analysis.
  • Coordinate with sales and inventory teams to ensure readiness.
  • Analyze and report the effectiveness of each campaign.

6. Performance Reporting

  • Deliver weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

7. Strategic Marketing Innovation

  • Explore new tools and marketing channels.
  • Test, analyze, and scale approaches to reach target audiences effectively.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to understand client needs.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Preferred: Experience working with advertising agencies or managing e-commerce platforms.

  • Number of campaigns executed monthly.
  • Seasonal offer success rates and sales performance.
