Position Summary:
The Digital Marketing & Media Relations Officer will ensure a strong and impactful presence for the brand across all social media platforms, deliver high-quality customer engagement, and manage monthly and seasonal marketing campaigns — directly or through external agencies. This role also involves preparing insightful reports and recommendations based on campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management

Oversee the quality and consistency of daily published content.

Coordinate with designers, content creators, or external agencies.
2. Customer Engagement Optimization

Track and respond to customer complaints with effective solutions.

3. Agency Relations

Monitor and evaluate the performance of contracted agencies.

Provide regular performance reports and recommend improvements.

Research and suggest new agencies as needed.
4. Digital & On-Ground Marketing Campaigns

Execute marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.

Collaborate with internal teams or agencies to maximize campaign performance.
5. Monthly & Seasonal Promotions

Propose marketing offers based on market trends and analysis.

Coordinate with sales and inventory teams to ensure readiness.

Analyze and report the effectiveness of each campaign.
6. Performance Reporting

Deliver weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
7. Strategic Marketing Innovation

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management.
