Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer/Mentor to guide students through the latest digital marketing syllabus, including AI-integrated tools and techniques. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on training and simulate real-world scenarios to help students gain practical experience and industry readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured training sessions on digital marketing topics including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content strategy, analytics, and AI-driven tools.
• Integrate AI applications into the curriculum to reflect current industry practices.
• Provide live demonstrations and practical assignments to simulate real-time work environments.
• Mentor students on project work, campaign planning, and performance tracking.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing and AI.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators to align training with institutional goals.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing
• Strong understanding of AI tools used in marketing (e.g., ChatGPT, Google AI, automation platforms)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners
• Experience with campaign management and analytics platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
