About the Role-

Dr. Bharti’s Holistic Wellness is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Expert with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to scale our online presence, patient leads, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• * Plan, create, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
• * Generate high-quality leads for healthcare & wellness services
• * Audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel optimization
• * Monitor ad performance, CTR, CPL, ROAS
• * A/B testing of creatives, copies, and landing pages
• * Daily/weekly performance reporting
• * Coordinate with content & design team

Required Skills

• * Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager
• * Strong understanding of:
• * Lead generation campaigns
• * Pixel, events, conversions
• * Budget optimization
• * Ability to write high-converting ad copies
• * Basic knowledge of landing pages & funnels
• * Experience in healthcare / wellness marketing is a plus

Eligibility-

• * Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience
• * Hands-on campaign management (not just theory)
• * Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Lucknow

Salary

Competitive salary 15,000 to 20,000 per month
