DreamMedia Agency is looking to hire a knowledgeable and results-driven Digital Marketing & Monetization Specialist who understands modern digital platforms, paid advertising, SEO, social media growth, and online revenue generation.

The ideal candidate must have practical knowledge of SEO, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube monetization, Meta monetization, content growth strategies, analytics, and digital campaign management. This is a fully remote position, but the candidate must be highly responsive, reliable, and available as required for campaign needs.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting client’s digital marketing, advertising, and online monetization activities, including:

• Planning and managing Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Running and optimizing TikTok advertising campaigns.
• Creating and managing LinkedIn Ads for business promotions, corporate campaigns, and lead generation.
• Supporting YouTube channel growth, optimization, and monetization.
• Managing Meta monetization tools, including Facebook pages, reels, video content, and creator/business monetization opportunities.
• Improving website visibility through SEO, keyword research, on-page SEO, content optimization, and Google ranking strategies.
• Monitoring campaign performance through analytics, reports, pixel tracking, conversion tracking, and platform dashboards.
• Creating digital strategies for events, media campaigns, brand promotions, and sponsor visibility.
• Supporting content distribution across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Advising on best practices for paid media, organic reach, audience growth, and monetization.
• Coordinating with the creative, event, and management teams to ensure campaigns are launched on time.
• Staying updated with changes in social media algorithms, ad policies, monetization requirements, and digital marketing trends.

Required Skills & Experience

The candidate should have:

• Strong knowledge of SEO and website optimization.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Pixel, and campaign reporting.
• Experience running TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Understanding of YouTube monetization, channel optimization, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags, and analytics.
• Knowledge of Facebook/Instagram monetization, reels, video monetization, page growth, and content strategy.
• Ability to create and monitor paid advertising campaigns.
• Understanding of lead generation, audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to prepare campaign performance reports.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Canva, WordPress, or similar tools will be an asset.

Work Arrangement

This is a fully remote position. The candidate must have their own computer, stable internet connection, and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.

Due to the nature of media, events, advertising campaigns, and online platforms, the candidate must be available seven days a week when required and must be responsive for urgent campaign matters, ad approvals, content issues, platform problems, or time-sensitive marketing needs.

Compensation

The salary for this position is PKR 50,000 per month, subject to experience, skills, and final agreement.
