Digital Marketing Officer

Job Description

Are you passionate about digital storytelling and data-driven marketing? We're looking for a Digital Marketing Officer to join our Marketing and Advancement team to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that elevate our brand and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage digital campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display ads.
• Maintain and grow our social media presence and website traffic.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop effective marketing materials and landing pages.
• Coordinate internal communications (emails, SMS, digital screens).
• Support content creation and marketing collateral production.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or communications.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, and content management systems.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills in English (Arabic or French is a plus).
• Good knowledge of digital trends, UX, and customer journey mapping.
• Comfortable working with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with the Canadian market or Canadian-affiliated institutions is an advantage.
