Digital Marketing Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:

a. Conduct research to identify and leverage current trends for innovative social media strategies.

b. Develop compelling written, visual, and video content for social media platforms.

c. Design graphics for social media posts as required.

d. Collaborate with all departments to ensure timely and accurate coverage of current activities.

e. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms.

f. Promote brand values and engage with followers in a manner that strengthens the company's identity.

g. Stay informed on updates and changes across social media platforms to ensure content remains effective.

h. Keep company employees informed about ongoing social media campaigns for sharing and tagging purposes.

i. Engage with social media visitors by addressing their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

j. Develop an optimal posting schedule based on web traffic and customer engagement data.

k. Propose innovative ideas for attracting resources, including development programs, training initiatives, and enhancing the work environment.

l. Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy.

m. Collaborate with technical teams to highlight key activities and operational updates on social media.

n. Capture photos and videos of significant events, meetings, training sessions, and both internal and external activities.

o. Establish and maintain relationships with industry professionals and influencers to build a robust network.

p. Create captivating content for daily social media posts and feed updates.

q. Provide coverage for PEL-related events, such as training sessions and seminars, as needed.

r. Update all social media platforms daily, ensuring fresh content for stories and posts (including videography/photography).

s. Stay informed on activities and developments across PEL’s sister companies.

t. Execute instructions from upper management promptly and efficiently as required.

u. Adhere to strict posting schedules for social media content.

v. Meet deadlines for deliverables as set by the direct supervisor.

w. Create a monthly content timeline and seek approval from the direct manager prior to execution.
