Digital Marketing Specialist
Moka & Co.
Moka & Co. is seeking an experienced Digital Marketer to plan, manage, and optimize all digital marketing channels and campaigns. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the company’s marketing strategy, with a strong focus on increasing customer acquisition, sales, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization’s annual digital marketing plan, covering PPC, SEO, Social Media, Affiliates, and Display/Retargeting.
- Design and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns aligned with the company’s overall marketing strategy.
- Create engaging digital content that drives customer engagement and strengthens the company’s online presence.
- Implement strategies to increase website traffic through effective SEO and PPC practices.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive social media policy and framework.
- Manage and moderate all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and others.
- Oversee the digital marketing budget and allocate spending across channels to maximize performance.
- Produce regular digital performance dashboards and reports for management.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing efforts.
- Design and create marketing materials, digital content, and social media posts.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven 3 years experience managing the digital marketing function within an organization.
- Strong track record of planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience using content management systems (CMS).
- Solid understanding of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
