Digital Marketing Operations Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator who is organized, detail-driven, and execution-focused. This role is suited for someone who enjoys structured digital work and understands the importance of consistency, accuracy, and process discipline in brand growth.

You will be responsible for coordinating daily social media operations, engagement activities, reporting, and internal tracking across Instagram and LinkedIn. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely execution, clean reporting, and smooth campaign support.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage content publishing across Instagram and LinkedIn
• Execute daily engagement activities including commenting, audience interaction, and profile monitoring
• Track and document daily social media activities to ensure consistency and accountability
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting key metrics, trends, and observations
• Maintain and update internal trackers, dashboards, and client reporting sheets using Excel or Google Sheets
• Support internal marketing initiatives for Purple Pelican, including coordination on YouTube content and script development

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and tracking
• Familiarity with Instagram and LinkedIn platform operations and basic scheduling tools
• Exposure to AI tools and design tools is an added advantage
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow structured processes
• Good written communication and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
