Digital Marketing Operations Lead (Google & Web Division)

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Operations Lead to join Tracemark Impression, a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Spring, TX. This role is not a simple coordinator position. It is a high-responsibility operational leadership role supporting our Google division, website division, and SEO division.

You will work directly with the owner to keep projects moving, solve problems quickly, and ensure clients receive elite-level service. If you take ownership, communicate clearly, and love being the “person who gets things done,” this is for you.

ResponsibilitiesWebsite & Technical Operations

• Quality-check all WordPress websites before launch (mobile, speed, SEO basics, forms, functionality).
• Launch websites, handle DNS updates, hosting changes, SMTP, email setups, and troubleshooting.
• Fix website issues quickly when they arise.
• Assign tasks to our web designer and ensure deadlines are met.

Google, SEO, & Client Delivery

• Manage and oversee our SEO team’s tasks, deliverables, and communication.
• Review monthly SEO activity and ensure goals are clearly executed.
• Manage Google Business Profiles, verifications, suspensions, optimizations, and issue resolution.
• Monitor ranking reports, analytics, and campaign performance.

Client Communication & Support

• Step in to communicate with clients when updates, fixes, or project clarity are needed.
• Break down client feedback and turn it into clear internal tasks.
• Maintain an organized, professional, and positive client experience.

Project Management

• Keep tasks organized across multiple clients and services.
• Maintain accountability across team members (designer + SEO team).
• Ensure projects are moving forward without needing constant reminders.
• Identify bottlenecks and solve problems before they become issues.

Required Skills

• basic understanding of websites (WordPress + Elementor preferred)
• Ability to troubleshoot problems
• Experience managing projects or teams
• Strong written and verbal communication
• basic understanding of Google Business Profile & Google Search Console (or able to learn quickly)
• High level of organization and accountability

Bonus Skills

(Not required but a plus)

• SEO experience
• Google Ads knowledge
• Basic HTML/CSS
• Experience working inside a marketing agency
• Familiarity with Zapier or CRM systems
