Digital Marketing & Operations – Sales Support

We are hiring a motivated Junior Digital Marketing + CRM Operations Executive to support our sales, lead management, and marketing activities. The candidate should have minimum 3 months experience in Digital Marketing OR Sales Operations OR CRM management.

You will handle lead follow-ups, CRM data updates, client coordination, content posting, basic marketing campaigns, and operational support for service execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage CRM entries & follow-up on leads
• Support sales team in client communication & meetings
• Assist in digital marketing tasks (posting, SEO/SMO, WhatsApp campaigns, etc.)
• Coordinate with operations for service delivery
• Prepare basic performance and lead reports
• Maintain professional communication with clients

Requirements

• Minimum 3 months of internship experience in DM or CRM/Sales Ops
• Good communication & follow-up skills
• Must know basic social media marketing & CRM tools
• Ready for field visits (if required)
• Immediate joiners preferred

Stipend & Incentives

• Stipend: ₹6,000 – ₹15,000 (based on skills & interview)
• Incentive: 10% on every successful lead after service delivery
