We are looking for a dynamic, experienced & ambitious Paid Marketing Specialist to be an active member within our global marketing team and support them with his/her expertise by owning, developing and executing our paid marketing strategy. Paid Media Specialist is responsible for

  • Day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns which can include paid search, display and social advertising strategies across both B2B businesses.
  • Creating and optimizing paid media channels to support the digital department in their growth goals
  • Driving growth and success for organizations on digital platforms. This role is important as it is an integral part of the development and management of having an effective digital strategy as well as effective media buying.

Location
Mumbai

Execution
  • Developing, executing, and optimizing cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch
  • Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization
  • Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
  • Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs
  • Building out media buys for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid media
  • Overseeing and managing the overall budget for paid media
  • Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
  • Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies

Skills
  • Previous working experience between 6-9 year(s)
  • A proven track record of successful marketing campaigns
  • In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more), and content distribution and placement networks
  • Expert in managing Google Analytics to get desired reports
  • Hands-on experience in handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
