Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Performance Analyst will own the measurement, analysis, and optimization of our digital marketing investments. This role will be responsible for ensuring paid media and performance marketing campaigns (across search, social, display, affiliate, and emerging channels) deliver against revenue growth, customer acquisition, and ROI targets. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, marketing knowledge, and communication abilities to provide actionable insights that maximize marketing effectiveness and efficiency.

Essential Functions:

  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Monitor and evaluate performance across various paid media channels—including Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, and Affiliate platforms—while leveraging website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and GA4 to uncover actionable insights, optimize campaign effectiveness, and support data-driven decision-making.

  • Reporting and Insights Development: Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks to track and visualize key performance metrics—including campaign performance, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), return on ad spend (ROAS), and funnel efficiency—enabling teams to make informed, data-driven decisions and continuously optimize marketing strategies.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with channel managers, marketing analytics, and CRM teams to deliver actionable insights that enhance campaign targeting, optimize spend allocation, and improve creative effectiveness across digital channels.

  • Strategic Recommendations: Translate performance data into clear, strategic recommendations for budget allocation, testing roadmaps, and audience segmentation, supporting continuous improvement and innovation in marketing efforts.

  • Forecasting and ROI Measurement: Collaborate with finance and marketing leadership to forecast marketing spend and evaluate return on investment (ROI), ensuring alignment with business goals and financial planning.

  • Data Governance and Accuracy: Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across marketing tools, tracking tags, and reporting platforms to maintain reliable performance measurement and reporting integrity.

  • Industry Awareness: Stay current on digital marketing trends, measurement methodologies, and attribution modeling to inform strategy, drive innovation, and maintain a competitive edge in campaign execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, with a focus on paid media and performance marketing.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and paid media platforms such as Google Ads and Meta.

  • Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar platforms.

  • Strong understanding of key marketing metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, attribution models, and funnel performance.

  • Ability to synthesize complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Commitment to data accuracy, governance, and consistency across marketing tools and reporting platforms.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, measurement methodologies, and attribution modeling.

Physical Demands: Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.

Travel: No travel

Work Conditions: Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.

This position is classified as “in-person,” which means the physical office in Orlando.

Part-time with benefits employees receive time off based on the number of hours they work.
