Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
- Set up Lead Generation, Conversion, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve ROI.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads dashboard.
- Create ad copies, visuals (coordinate with design/creative teams), and landing pages aligned with marketing goals.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure cost efficiency (CPC, CPA, ROAS).
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and insights for management.
- Stay updated on latest trends in PPC, ad policies, and digital performance tools.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max).
- Experience in Lead Generation campaigns (B2B or B2C).
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Analytics (GA4).
- Understanding of conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and funnel analysis.
- Knowledge of SEO basics and email marketing is a plus.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
