Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
  • Set up Lead Generation, Conversion, and Remarketing campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve ROI.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads dashboard.
  • Create ad copies, visuals (coordinate with design/creative teams), and landing pages aligned with marketing goals.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure cost efficiency (CPC, CPA, ROAS).
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and insights for management.
  • Stay updated on latest trends in PPC, ad policies, and digital performance tools.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max).
  • Experience in Lead Generation campaigns (B2B or B2C).
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Understanding of conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and funnel analysis.
  • Knowledge of SEO basics and email marketing is a plus.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,746.64 - ₹41,042.71 per month
