Job Title: Digital Marketing Project Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager with 3+ years of hands-on experience who can bridge strategy, execution, and technology with quiet confidence. This role demands someone who understands not just marketing campaigns—but the digital infrastructure behind them.

You will lead cross-functional digital initiatives, align marketing goals with web capabilities, and ensure every project delivers both performance and polish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end digital marketing projects across SEO, paid ads, social media, email, content, and web initiatives.
  • Plan project scopes, timelines, milestones, and deliverables with absolute clarity.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee website-related projects including landing pages, performance optimization, UX improvements, and basic development coordination.
  • Ensure marketing campaigns are technically sound, conversion-focused, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Track KPIs, budgets, and timelines while proactively resolving risks and bottlenecks.
  • Prepare performance reports with insights that translate into growth-driven decisions.
  • Continuously improve workflows, documentation, and delivery frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing and project management.
  • Strong understanding of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, CMS platforms like WordPress/Webflow; no heavy coding required, but clarity is essential).
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, performance marketing, analytics, and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or timelines.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a bias toward execution and outcomes.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience working with AI-powered marketing or automation tools.
  • Exposure to CRO, UI/UX principles, and website performance optimization.
  • Experience managing remote or distributed teams.
  • Agency or fast-paced startup experience.

Work Schedule

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
