Digital Marketing Project Manager (Hybrid)

PURPOSE:

The Digital Marketing Project Manager Provider & Member Engagement leads the planning, execution, and optimization of digital communications across email, web, SMS, and mobile-first channels. This role manages campaigns that support both member and provider audiences, ensuring timely, compliant, and engaging communications that align with organizational goals and customer experience strategies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery for mobile engagement/SMS, email, and web campaigns targeting both member and provider audiences.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for lifecycle, operational, and promotional communications.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, provider relations, business areas, clinical teams, compliance, analytics, product, and IT.
  • Oversee campaign workflows from intake and strategy through build, QA, deployment, and performance analysis.
  • Ensure communications are optimized for mobile-first design, accessibility, and user experience.
  • Monitor and report on campaign KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and engagement metrics for both audiences.
  • Manage competing priorities and communication calendars across provider and member segments.
  • Identify risks, manage dependencies, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards, regulatory requirements, and privacy/compliance guidelines.
  • Manage external vendors or platform partners as needed.
  • Continuously improve campaign processes, templates, automation workflows, and intake procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business or related field. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.

Experience: 3 years experience in project related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • Adobe Workfront experience.
  • Relay Mobile Engagement/SMS experience.
  • SalesForce Marketing Cloud experience.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, insurance, finance, or government.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment.
  • Project planning and life cycle development.


Salary Range:
$68,760 - $136,565

This compensation range is specific and considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/training, internal peer equity, and market and business consideration. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range, as compensation decisions depend on each case's facts and circumstances, including but not limited to experience, internal equity, and location.
