Position Overview: QA Executive

About the Role:

ICT Global Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented QA Executive to ensure that all social media content, campaigns, and profiles meet our quality standards, brand identity, and strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, basic understanding of social media platforms (especially LinkedIn).

Key Responsibilities:

• Content & Profile Verification: Review all social media content — including text, images, and videos — for grammatical accuracy, formatting consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines before publication.
• Campaign Quality Assurance: Test both paid and organic campaigns to ensure all links, tracking codes, and other technical components work correctly across platforms.
• Social Media Management: Support and monitor the company’s social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn, ensuring high-quality and consistent engagement.
• Compliance & Moderation: Monitor user-generated content and comments for policy compliance; identify and report any violations or risks.
• Performance Analysis: Evaluate post and campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and share actionable insights with the marketing team.
• Auditing & Reporting: Conduct periodic audits of social media profiles and past campaigns to maintain consistency and accuracy, and prepare detailed quality reports.
• Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, designers, social media managers, and marketing teams to deliver error-free and impactful campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Freshers or Experienced candidates with strong communication skill in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in social media quality assurance, content review, or digital marketing.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics dashboards.
• Keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude toward identifying issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
