Digital Marketing QA & Training Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing QA & Training Specialist to join our growing team. This role focuses on delivering structured training programs and maintaining quality standards across digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, and related channels.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on digital marketing experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for improving team performance through training and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions for new and existing team members on digital marketing tools, processes, and best practices.
• Perform quality assurance (QA) reviews of digital marketing campaigns to ensure accuracy, compliance, and performance standards are met.
• Develop, update, and maintain training materials, SOPs, checklists, and evaluation frameworks.
• Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and performance improvement guidance to team members.
• Collaborate with managers and campaign teams to identify skill gaps, enhance quality benchmarks, and optimize campaign execution.
• Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements based on data insights.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in training, quality assurance, or a related role within digital marketing.
• Practical knowledge of SEO, Paid Advertising, Social Media Marketing, or related digital channels is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Willingness to work on-site during evening/night shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
