Digital Marketing Representative

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Representative is responsible for promoting the company’s products and services through various digital platforms. This role involves creating, managing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and up to date with the latest digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, email, etc.).
• Create engaging content for social media, website, and email marketing.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing regular reports with actionable insights.
• Manage social media accounts, respond to inquiries, and build online community engagement.
• Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Conduct keyword research and support SEO and SEM strategies to improve website traffic.
• Assist in managing paid ads, budgets, and ROI tracking.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance marketing strategies.
• Support sales teams by generating qualified leads through digital channels.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, Facebook & Instagram.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or website CMS (e.g., WordPress).
