Digital Marketing & Sales Executive

Brain Power Technical Services is looking for a motivated Digital Marketing & Sales Executive who can manage paid marketing campaigns, handle social media marketing, and convert leads through sales calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving qualified leads, increasing brand visibility, and closing sales through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

• Run and optimize social media marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

• Generate leads through paid ads and marketing strategies

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to convert leads into customers

• Explain company services clearly and professionally to potential clients

• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports

• Coordinate with the technical team to align marketing and sales goals

• Improve conversion rates and reduce cost per lead

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in PPC advertising (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads)

• Strong knowledge of social media marketing

• Experience in sales calls / telesales / inside sales

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills (English required)

• Understanding of lead funnels and conversion strategies

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus

• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

Preferred (Bonus Skills)

• Experience marketing IT services / technical services

• Knowledge of SEO or email marketing

• Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously

Position Details:

This is a night-shift position (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM) based in Karachi. Preference will be given to male candidates.
