Job Description

We are hiring Female Business Development Executives for IT Sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads and sales through cold calling and professional communication for services like Website Development, SEO, and Digital Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients.
• Pitch IT services confidently and professionally.
• Generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Follow up with prospects through calls/messages/emails.
• Coordinate with the technical team for proposals and client requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain daily reporting of calls, leads, and conversions.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Confident in cold calling and client dealing.
• Sales/Call Center experience preferred (IT sales is a plus).
• Target-oriented and professional attitude.

Location: Lahore (Onsite)

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
