Job Purpose: To develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance the brand visibility and drive customer engagement across digital platforms. This role requires a creative thinker with hands-on experience in performance marketing, social media promotions, and coordinating creative assets for effective campaigns.
India Key Tasks:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the creation and scheduling of content
- Promote the company’s products and services through Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
- Collaborate with design teams, content creators, and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
- Stay up to date with social media trends and competitors’ activities in the travel industry
- Support offline marketing initiatives and event-related promotions as needed
HQ Key Tasks:
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to achieve ROI and lead targets
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite,
etc.)
- SEO & SMM knowledge and experience

Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in marketing and digital campaign management
- Experience in managing creatives, working with design/content teams, and executing paid campaigns
- Prior experience in the travel industry is highly preferred
