Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (On-site, Full-Time)

Location: Bahria Town, Lahore
Salary: PKR 40,000 – 80,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
Job Type: Full-Time (On-site Only – Remote will not be considered)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn. If you live and breathe data, enjoy improving CTR & conversions, and want full creative ownership of campaigns, this is your role.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and run high-performing paid campaigns for lead generation, eCommerce, and real estate clients
• Analyze metrics, A/B test ads, and optimize creatives, targeting, and funnels
• Collaborate with designers/content creators to deliver compelling ads
• Manage ad spend and ROI across multiple client accounts
• Set up tracking with Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and event triggers
• Generate performance reports and insights

Requirements:

• 1–4 years managing paid campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn
• Strong portfolio with measurable results (CTR, ROAS, CPL)
• Skilled in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and UTM tracking
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
• Hands-on, organized, and able to work on-site full-time

Nice to Have:

• Experience in lead generation, eCommerce, or service-based businesses
• Knowledge of Zoho CRM or automation tools
