As the Digital Marketing Lead – SEO & Performance, you will develop and execute an integrated digital growth strategy that spans SEO (on-page, off-page, technical), paid advertising, influencer & YouTube outreach, PR, and analytics. You will lead a high-performing digital marketing team, collaborate across Content, Design and Development functions, and drive measurable improvements in online visibility, traffic, lead conversion and brand equity.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement and continuously optimise a comprehensive SEO strategy (technical, on-page, off-page) to boost search engine rankings, increase organic traffic and amplify online visibility.

Conduct regular SEO audits (site architecture, metadata, internal linking, content structure) and lead corrective actions and optimisation initiatives.

Manage and optimise Google Ads and other paid digital campaigns (search, display, video) to drive targeted traffic, leads and conversions while ensuring efficient budget utilisation.

Plan and execute influencer marketing and YouTube outreach campaigns – identify, negotiate and manage partnerships with influencers and YouTubers to extend brand reach, engagement and credibility.

Lead press‐release outreach strategy: craft compelling press releases, identify and engage target media outlets, build media relationships and secure positive coverage and backlinks.

Lead, mentor and manage the digital marketing team: set objectives, guide team members, foster a collaborative and results-driven culture with accountability for performance.

Collaborate closely with Content, Design and Web Development teams to align digital marketing, SEO and paid strategy with website architecture, UX, creative and content initiatives.

Monitor, analyse and report on key performance metrics (organic traffic, conversions, ad spend ROI, influencer campaign performance, backlink growth, etc.) using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs/Moz and ad-platform dashboards; generate actionable insights and optimisation recommendations.

Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, search engine algorithm updates, competitive dynamics, emerging tools/technologies and best practices; proactively pilot innovations.

Collaborate with cross-functional business and marketing teams to ensure digital marketing efforts align with broader business goals, brand strategy and market positioning.

Manage relationships with external vendors/agencies (SEO agencies, paid-media agencies, influencer talent agencies, PR firms) and oversee scope, performance, budget and deliverables.
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO, paid advertising and PR/influencer outreach.

Demonstrable hands-on experience in all aspects of SEO (technical audits, on-page optimisation, link-building strategies) and driving organic search growth.

Proven expertise in managing Google Ads (search, display, video), influencer/YouTuber collaborations and press release distribution with measurable outcomes.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading digital marketing teams or cross-functional projects.

Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz), Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and ad-platform dashboards.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
