Kingsley Water Damage & Fire Cleanup is a science-based restoration company focused on water, fire, and mold mitigation. We care about leads, conversions, and trust, not vanity metrics.

We are building a future-ready digital marketing engine that generates consistent inbound demand, strengthens authority, and adapts ahead of platform and algorithm changes.

Role Overview

We are hiring a hands-on digital marketer who understands how SEO, content, video, platforms, and human behavior work together to generate leads — not just clicks.

This role owns local SEO, authority content, short- and long-form video, and emerging digital channels. You will help position Kingsley ahead of where digital marketing is going — not chasing it after changes roll out.

Training is NOT provided. We are looking for someone who already knows what they’re doing and can execute.

Core Responsibilities

SEO & Authority Content

  • Write and publish blog-style authority content on:
  • Company website
  • Medium
  • Reddit (value-based, compliant participation — not spam)
  • Industry forums and relevant platforms
  • Create content that answers real homeowner questions, ranks in search, and builds trust
  • Optimize content for local SEO, AI search, and future SERP changes
  • Manage Google Business Profile posts, updates, and review strategy

Short-Form & Long-Form Video

  • Plan, script, and publish:
  • Short-form video (TikTok, Facebook Reels, Instagram, YouTube Shorts)
  • Long-form video (YouTube, educational explainers, authority content)
  • Repurpose video content across platforms strategically
  • Understand how to hook attention, communicate value quickly, and drive action
  • Collaborate with field staff for real-world content (jobs, inspections, behind-the-scenes)

Lead Generation & Platform Strategy

  • Focus on lead generation first — traffic is meaningless if it doesn’t convert
  • Track what content actually produces calls, form fills, and booked jobs
  • Help adapt strategy as platforms shift (AI search, zero-click results, content discovery changes)
  • Stay ahead of changes in:
  • Google search behavior
  • Social discovery algorithms
  • AI-driven content surfacing

Systems & Automation

  • Help automate workflows so platforms and tools communicate cleanly
  • Support integration between CRM, call tracking, forms, reviews, and content
  • Improve reporting clarity — simple, honest, actionable

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong understanding of local SEO + content marketing
  • Comfortable writing long-form authority content
  • Comfortable on video (planning, scripting, editing basics)
  • Understands Reddit, Medium, and forum culture (posting value first)
  • Knows how digital marketing is changing — and where it’s headed
  • Data-driven, practical, and conversion-focused
  • Not afraid to test, measure, and adjust

  • People focused only on likes, impressions, or traffic

  • Entry-level candidates needing training

How Pay Works

Pay is based on experience, execution, and value brought to the company — not job titles or years alone. Bonuses are tied to performance and lead impact.
