Role Overview

A Dubai-based company is seeking a highly skilled, creative, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Expert to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in digital advertising, social media marketing, content creation, and lead generation, particularly within media and service-based industries. This role requires a strategic thinker who can execute high-impact campaigns and leverage AI-powered marketing tools to achieve measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Manage and grow social media channels through engaging content, consistent branding, and active community engagement.
• Generate, qualify, and convert leads for education and media services.
• Utilize AI-based tools for campaign optimization, automation, performance tracking, and analytics.
• Design high-quality creatives using Canva, with strong capabilities in professional photo and video editing.
• Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.
• Collaborate closely with creative and business teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital trends, tools, and social media algorithms.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing and social media management within the UAE market.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• Solid understanding of AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and creative skills.
• Highly self-motivated, well-organized, and results-oriented.
• Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15 days are preferred.
