We believe exceptional hospitality starts with exceptional storytelling — and we’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead the creative charge.
This role blends content creation, interactive media production, and strategic campaign management to elevate our digital presence, grow engagement, and drive direct bookings across all KZ Hotels brands.
What You’ll Do - Content Creation, Interactive Media & Social Strategy
- Develop and manage monthly content calendars across all social and digital channels.
- Produce engaging interactive media: Reels, TikToks, immersive short-form video, photo stories, motion graphics, and interactive web features.
- Capture, edit, and publish on-site content at hotel properties and community events.
- Maintain a unified brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Innovate with 360-degree content, behind-the-scenes storytelling, and guest-driven campaigns that inspire connection.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google.
- Create and manage SEO-driven website and blog content that improves ranking and conversion.
- Track performance analytics and report monthly KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, and direct bookings).
- Develop influencer, affiliate, and brand partnerships that expand visibility and revenue.
Brand, Campaign & Community Engagement
- Lead creative campaigns promoting hotel specials, events, and long-term stay programs.
- Build email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional sequences.
- Engage with local and regional tourism pages, travel groups, and online communities.
- Oversee online reputation management by monitoring and responding to reviews on Google and OTA (Online travel agency) platforms.
Equipment & Technical Requirements
- Applicants must be able to provide their own professional content-creation equipment, including:
- DSLR or mirrorless camera capable of 4K video
- Smartphone with high-quality video capability
- Tripod / gimbal stabilization
- Basic lighting and audio setup
- Laptop or desktop capable of video editing
- Software proficiency: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop), or equivalent.
- Company-supported equipment: For the right candidate, KZ Hotels provides an equipment budget for upgrades or additional gear purchases once onboarded.
Who You Are
Experience
- 2+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, content creation, or interactive media (hospitality or lifestyle brand experience preferred).
- Proven success managing multi-platform business accounts and driving measurable growth.
- Portfolio showcasing short-form video, interactive campaigns, and cross-platform storytelling.
Skills
- Advanced skill in video & photo capture/editing (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Final Cut, or Premiere Pro).
- Experience with interactive content formats — motion graphics, shoppable posts, polls, mini-games, or AR filters (a plus).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling ability that brings hospitality to life.
- Knowledge of paid media management, SEO, analytics dashboards, and audience targeting.
- Creative thinker with excellent project organization and brand consistency skills.

Work Expectations
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends for photo/video capture or events.
- Regular on-site work at KZ Hotels properties (Winston-Salem, Clemmons, and surrounding areas).
- Hybrid administrative/remote flexibility after onboarding.
Compensation & Perks
Salary Range
- Digital Marketing Coordinator: $42,000–$52,000
- Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager: $55,000–$70,000
- Hospitality Brand & Interactive Media Manager (Senior-Level): $70,000–$85,000
