Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing and social media strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage, monitor, and grow the company’s presence across all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Create high-quality, engaging content including posts, stories, reels, blogs, graphics, and short videos.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, paid ads, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure consistent branding across channels.
- Track performance metrics using tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Utilize insights and analytics to optimize content, improve reach, and increase engagement.
- Manage multiple digital marketing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing practices.
- Build and maintain online community engagement through timely responses, interactions, and reputation management
