Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and creative Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing Executive to develop and implement online marketing strategies and manage our social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating leads, increasing customer engagement, and improving online presence across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Manage all social media channels, including content creation, posting, scheduling, and engagement.
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, graphics, and videos.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to optimize performance.
• Plan and implement SEO / SEM strategies to increase website traffic and ranking.
• Run paid advertisements (Google Ads, Meta Ads etc.) and track performance.
• Analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc.)
• Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional content.
• Coordinate with design, sales, and branding teams for campaign integration.
• Respond to customers’ comments, messages, and inquiries on social platforms.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Improve online brand identity and maintain a consistent brand voice.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Media, or relevant field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and paid ads.
• Ability to create compelling visual and written content.
• Knowledge of Canva / Adobe tools preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in related roles.
• Experience in growing social media followers and leads.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
