Aisha Salon, a leading beauty destination in Orlando, is looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to take charge of and lead all marketing and online brand strategies.

What You’ll Do (Lead Specialist Responsibilities)

• Lead and manage the salon’s entire digital marketing and social media strategy.
• Create captivating reels, videos, photos, and graphic content that elevate the brand for social media platforms, such as TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
• Develop monthly content calendars, promotions, and community engagement plans.
• Manage all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google Business) and drive growth.
• Capture daily in-salon content including before/afters, client features, and viral trend videos.
• Design flyers, banners, menus, posters, ads, and other branding materials.
• Run paid ad campaigns and analyze performance for continuous improvement.
• Strengthen SEO, brand visibility, and customer engagement.
• Assist with light front desk help during peak times (greeting clients, helping with flow).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showing social media content, branding, or graphic design work.
• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
• Ability to lead marketing initiatives independently with creativity and strategy.
• Passion for beauty, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.
