Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist (Night Shift) On Site

About Us

Arrak Consulting is looking for a Social Digital Marketing Specialist (Social Media Manager) to manage our online presence, run impactful campaigns, and drive measurable results. If you have experience in social media marketing, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, digital advertising, content creation, and performance marketing, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

● Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter and other platforms.

● Develop and maintain content calendars with engaging posts, stories, and video content.

● Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos.

● Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms) for maximum ROI.

● Use analytics tools to measure performance, prepare reports, and refine strategies.

● Monitor competitors, industry trends, and platform updates to improve brand visibility.

● Engage with online communities by responding to comments, DMs, and building strong connections.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or Business.

● Minimum 2 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.

● Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, paid ads, and campaign optimization.

● Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.

● Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills

• Ability to work night shifts as per company requirements.
• May require international travel; candidates should be willing to travel if needed.

This position requires availability during the night shift to support store operations and reporting needs.
