Job Overview

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in lead generation, paid advertising, SEO, and business development, with the ability to drive measurable growth across multiple digital channels. This role requires a strategic thinker who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale high-performing marketing campaigns while contributing to overall business growth and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth
• Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
• Manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) with focus on ROAS and conversions
• Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve rankings and organic traffic
• Create and optimize conversion funnels, landing pages, and lead-generation campaigns
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and client acquisition channels
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for ROI and conversions
• Conduct competitor analysis, audience research, and market trend analysis
• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams for effective campaign execution
• Monitor website analytics, user behavior, and performance metrics
• Prepare detailed marketing reports and growth insights for management
• Enhance brand visibility, engagement, and overall digital presence

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization strategies
• Good knowledge of SEO, SEM, keyword research, and ranking techniques
• Experience in managing and scaling paid campaigns with measurable ROI
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and reporting tools
• Understanding of sales funnels, customer acquisition, and business development principles
• Ability to independently manage and optimize multiple marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media Sciences, or a related field
• Google Ads, Meta, or SEO certifications will be considered an added advantage

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or other paid platforms
• Knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation tools
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes
• Experience in B2B and B2C marketing campaigns
• Basic understanding of branding, content strategy, and creative direction
