Position Overview

Digital Limelight Media is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Marketing Specialist to manage and execute digital marketing strategies for a portfolio of healthcare clients. This role serves as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned accounts and works closely with internal SEO, paid ads, social media, and analytics teams to ensure consistent execution and performance.

The Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in client success, campaign execution, and ongoing optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day marketing execution for assigned client accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and coordination.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies across SEO, local search, social media, and reputation management.
  • Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to guide strategic recommendations.
  • Review dashboards and prepare monthly client reports with insights and action items.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Perform audits in Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Business Profiles.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts align with client goals, brand guidelines, and HIPAA-compliant best practices.
  • Identify growth opportunities and proactively recommend improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, agency experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM or reporting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with healthcare or regulated industries is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
