Position: Digital Marketing Executive
Experience: 2 – 5 Years
Location: HSR Layout, Sector 4 (On-Site)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Fixed Sunday Off)
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, etc.).
- Design high-quality graphics, creatives, and promotional materials using Photoshop, Illustrator, and other tools (not just Canva).
- Create and edit engaging short-form videos, reels, and promotional content.
- Manage and grow social media platforms with creative campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team for brand campaigns, content ideas, and lead generation strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports to track ROI and KPIs.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor strategies.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects (basic), Canva.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital ad platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and lead generation.
- Ability to manage end-to-end campaign execution with a creative mindset.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
