Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and creative marketing professionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various platforms to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development & Execution
- Plan and implement strategic marketing campaigns (digital & offline)
- Collaborate with the design and content team for visuals and messaging
- Track and measure campaign performance (KPIs & ROI)
- Digital Marketing
- Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Run paid ads on Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, etc.
- Email marketing and CRM-based nurturing campaigns
- Content Creation & Management
- Write blogs, newsletters, website content, and marketing copies
- Work with designers to create promotional material, infographics, videos, etc.
- SEO/SEM & Web Analytics
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO
- Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and lead conversion
- Optimize content and landing pages for better visibility
- Market Research & Brand Strategy
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activities
- Suggest branding improvements and customer engagement strategies
- Event Marketing (if applicable)
- Assist in organizing webinars, offline seminars, product launches
- Coordinate with vendors and partners for promotional events
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Strong knowledge of digital platforms and tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights)
- Creativity, time management, and teamwork
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field
- Certification in Digital Marketing or SEO (preferred)
Preferred Tools & Platforms:
- Canva / Adobe Creative Suite
- Google Ads / Meta Business Suite
- Mailchimp / Zoho Campaigns
- Google Analytics / Search Console
- Trello / Asana / Slack (for team collaboration)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
