Job Overview:
We're seeking a versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role combines strategic account management with hands-on execution across SEO, copywriting, Google Ads, and client relationship management. You'll work directly with maritime and construction clients, helping them achieve measurable growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
Account Management:
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
- Present campaign performance reports and strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure seamless project delivery
SEO & Content Strategy:
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis for maritime/construction sectors
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and technical SEO elements
- Create SEO-focused content strategies that align with industry compliance requirements
- Monitor and report on organic search performance and rankings
Copywriting:
- Write compelling copy for websites, social media, and advertising campaigns
- Develop industry-specific content that resonates with maritime and construction audiences
- Create email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences
- Ensure all copy meets industry safety and regulatory standards (PPE compliance, etc.)
Google Ads Management:
- Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting for B2B maritime/construction clients
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust bidding strategies for optimal ROI
- Provide detailed performance reporting and recommendations
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven results
- Strong expertise in SEO tools (SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console)
- Demonstrated success managing Google Ads campaigns with budgets of $5K+ monthly
- Excellent copywriting skills with B2B experience preferred
- Experience with account management and client communication
- Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in maritime, construction, or industrial sectors
- Google Ads and Analytics certifications
- Familiarity with technical/compliance-focused industries
- Experience with project management tools (Monday.com preferred)
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles and relationship-building
