Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and self-motivated Marketing Assistant with a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, content creation, and campaign execution. This pivotal role involves managing and optimizing sales collateral, social media, CRM systems, and direct marketing efforts while supporting sales processes across multiple departments. The Marketing Assistant will also provide essential marketing support across various departments, contributing directly to sales processes and overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and management of pitchbooks, sales collateral, and demo kits.
• Build and optimize Go High Level and CRM workflows.
• Design and implement funnels and nurture programs.
• Monitor and report key marketing and sales metrics.
• Create content for TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Meta ad campaigns.
• Support Google PPC campaigns and performance tracking.
• Help coordinate aspects of social media content and posting schedules.
• Assist in video editing and setup using video equipment (mics, lights, backdrops).
• Implement SEO strategies and work with platforms like Upwork for outsourced SEO support.
• Assist with creation and help manage website content and design.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in a marketing support role or similar.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Go High Level, ClickFunnels, Funnel Kits.
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.
• Experience with email marketing, text campaigns, and direct mail.
• Comfortable with video editing tools and basic studio setup.
• Understanding of SEO, PPC, and performance marketing.
• Proficient in design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills.
• Prior experience in the roofing and solar industry is a plus.
