Key Responsibilities :
- Mandatory Skills: Proven experience in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email automation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, GTM, and Looker Studio.
- Expertise in lead generation, conversion tracking, A/B testing, and CRO to improve campaign performance.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, and social platforms to achieve business goals.
- Manage content and email marketing workflows with a focus on engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment and ROI optimization.
- Manage digital budgets, monitor performance, and identify new growth opportunities and trends.
- Oversee end-to-end project management using tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels and customer journey optimization.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Mandatory Skills:
- SEO: Advanced keyword research, site audits, on-page & technical SEO, backlink strategy
- SEM / PPC: Google Ads, Bing Ads, campaign optimization, A/B testing, and ROI management
- Social Media Marketing: Organic and paid campaign management (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Content Marketing: Strategy development, content creation planning, copywriting, CMS (WordPress)
- Email Marketing & Automation: Campaign setup, segmentation, workflows, and automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo)
- Analytics Tools: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio
- CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization): A/B testing, funnel optimization, and UX improvements
- Basic HTML/CSS: For web and email content adjustments
- Marketing Automation & CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Google Ads and/or Analytics certification preferred
- Proven track record of managing high-performing digital campaigns
- Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing environments (preferred)
