Job Role:
The Digital Marketing Expert will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies to generate quality leads, improve brand visibility, and drive customer engagement for Majestan Realty. The role involves handling social media marketing, SEO, paid campaigns, content marketing, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing:
- Plan and execute Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for property sales and lead generation.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve high ROI and quality leads.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to improve strategies.
2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Website Management:
- Optimize Majestan Realty’s website for organic traffic and search rankings.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance visibility.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink building to improve rankings.
- Collaborate with web developers to enhance website UX for better conversions.
3. Social Media Marketing & Brand Awareness:
- Manage and grow social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop and execute engaging content strategies for posts, reels, and ads.
- Run organic and paid campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Monitor trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead in the market.
4. Content Marketing & Strategy:
- Create and manage high-quality content for social media, blogs, email marketing, and advertisements.
- Work with designers and video editors to create visually appealing content.
- Develop real estate-focused video content, reels, and testimonials for better audience engagement.
5. Email & WhatsApp Marketing:
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage past customers.
- Use WhatsApp Business API & SMS marketing for property promotions and customer engagement.
- Segment audiences and personalize messages to maximize response rates.
6. Analytics & Reporting:
- Use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other tracking tools to monitor performance.
- Generate detailed reports on website traffic, social media reach, and campaign performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in real estate digital marketing or a related field.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and content marketing.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress, Canva, Photoshop, and video editing tools.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM tools.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
