We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and manage high-performing digital campaigns across a diverse client portfolio. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end digital strategy execution — from campaign planning to performance analysis.

This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, platform expertise, and the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid media, SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing for multiple clients.
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube , ensuring ROI-focused delivery.
  • Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to clients.
  • Lead on-page and off-page SEO efforts to improve website rankings and traffic.
  • Guide content direction and ensure alignment with campaign goals across platforms.
  • Oversee social media content calendars, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (designers, copywriters, developers) to execute campaign assets and deliverables.
  • Liaise directly with clients to present strategies, performance reports, and recommendations.
  • Mentor junior digital marketers and support with quality checks and process improvements.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and emerging digital tools to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), and analytics platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot) and CRM integration.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

  • Knowledge in Programmatic advertising
  • Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
  • Experience in e-commerce, real estate, F&B, or service-based digital campaigns.
