Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing

Job Summary:

BMA Investment Advisors is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing to lead our digital presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, services, and online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain all social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) to ensure consistent brand presence.

- Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve website ranking and drive organic traffic.

- Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

- Create engaging content calendars, graphics, and promotional posts aligned with marketing goals.

- Analyze digital marketing metrics and prepare monthly performance reports.

- Collaborate with internal teams for content creation, design, and lead generation activities.

- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

- Handle email marketing, website updates, and online reputation management (ORM).

Ensure brand consistency and alignment with BMA’s corporate identity across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing or similar role.

- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, Google Analytics, and content strategy.

- Excellent communication and writing skills in English.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.).

- Proven experience in growing brand awareness and generating online leads.
