The company is family-owned and has been in business since 1983. We currently have an opening for a digital marketing specialist at our Brownsburg facility.

Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns and SEO strategies to increase traffic, improve lead quality, and boost online sales for WCC Products. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Google Ads, Amazon Seller Central, SEO strategy, and analytics, with a passion for faith-based or eCommerce brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) campaigns to achieve strong ROI and conversion growth.
  • Plan, create, and manage Amazon Ads Manager (Video, Sponsored Products, and Video) campaigns to achieve strong ROI and conversion growth.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform both paid and organic strategies.
  • Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO improvements to increase organic visibility and rankings.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Helium, Jungle Scout, Amazon Insights and others.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing manager to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversion and search intent.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, and CTAs to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage and optimize product listings and metadata for WCC’s eCommerce platform.
  • Stay current with SEO and PPC trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
  • Work with the leadership team to align marketing strategies with company goals and seasonal campaigns (e.g., Easter, Christmas).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads/Amazon Ads campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including technical SEO, keyword optimization, and link-building.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
  • Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with attention to brand voice and conversion optimization.
  • eCommerce or faith-based brand marketing experience is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with BigCommerce, Jungle Scout, Amzon Seller Central.
  • Experience with email marketing (Mailchimp) and social ad management.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic website optimization principles.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Amazon Ads, or Google Analytics is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
