Position responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Stay up to speed on all online media campaigns and actively communicate with clients about their marketing performance.
- Research advertising trends
- Contribute to the creation of creative marketing campaigns across social media, the company website, email and other platforms.
- Prepare reports to inform key stakeholders on project status.
- Create reports on the growth and analytics of campaigns in comprehensive, visual marketing analytics presentations in PowerPoint.
- Assist in management of the marketing budget.
- Perform administrative marketing duties, ad hoc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration preferred; equivalent experience or degree will be considered.
- 3 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, and/or media.
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
- Excellent English and Spanish communication skills; written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, comfortable working with a geographically diverse team.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Online Advertising such as, Google Analytics, SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Email Marketing programs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced user capabilities in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Must be a motivated self-starter with strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to deliver results under pressure/tight deadlines.
- Availability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
- Agency/account management experience is beneficial
- Experience managing multiple brands is beneficial

Pay: $28,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
