About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented in-person Digital Marketing Specialist to join the growing team at our St. Paul office. This role is crucial in assisting with our search engine optimization (SEO) efforts and managing our social media presence. The ideal candidate will be adept at working with and editing AI-generated content, ensuring it is optimized for search engines and engaging for social media audiences, all while aligning with Revere Auctions' brand and content strategy. ResponsibilitiesSearch Marketing & Content Editing

  • Collaborate with AI tools to generate initial content drafts for various platforms, including blog posts, website copy, and marketing materials, specifically tailored to Revere Auctions' offerings and target audience.
  • Edit and refine AI-produced content to ensure accuracy, factual correctness (especially regarding auction items and art market information), brand voice consistency, and grammatical precision for Revere Auctions.
  • Optimize all content for SEO by conducting keyword research relevant to auctions, art, collectibles, and luxury goods, implementing on-page SEO best practices, and improving readability.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance, making data-driven recommendations for future content creation and optimization to enhance Revere Auctions' online visibility.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, applying them to the unique context of an auction house.

Social Media Management

  • Develop and implement social media content strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic for Revere Auctions.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn), showcasing auction highlights, valuable pieces, and company news.
  • Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community around Revere Auctions' brand.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the auction and luxury goods market.
  • Track and report on social media performance using relevant analytics tools, demonstrating the impact on Revere Auctions' reach and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in SEO and social media management, preferably within the art, auction, luxury goods, or e-commerce sectors.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles and best practices.
  • Experience working with and editing AI-generated content is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in keyword research tools (e.g., Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Familiarity with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • A passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends, with a particular interest in the auction world, art, and collectibles

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
